You have excellent lighting and tones in this picture. The contrast is well balanced and the composition is pretty good.
I'd say the only things that could be improved on is areas of distracting lines and detail as well as the colours.
There's some good colour, don't get me wrong, it just looks like you've got local colours painted with nothing reacting to the light. Shadowed areas shouldn't just be a darker shade of that colour. It should shift from warm to cool shades or vice versa as well as the shadows or light being more saturated or less saturated.
You've pretty well conveyed the materials well here, but I would suggest looking into how a lizard's skin would react to light different from its eyes. Most things don't fade to white, but have colour in the highlights. It's only in the hot specular spots (such as edges of shiney objects) that things go to white.
While it may come off as being nostalgic (I think you were aiming for epic), I think you could have more action conveyed with a more dramatic and saturated colour palette. There's a whole bunch of yellows and reds, more colour variation and use of complimentary colours could help the characters stand out from the background.
